I LOVE BOOT CAMP!

I was a little nervous and uncertain of what to expect when I 1st came to boot camp. As it turns out, it has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. There are people of every fitness level that come to camp each week. It is amazing to see how everyone is transforming. Personally, at 40, I am in the best shape of my life due to this class, and I am having a blast doing it! Who knew you could have such a great time getting into shape? John Caylor is a tremendous motivator, and he keeps the classes challenging but "do-able". He is very professional and a whole lot of fun! Beyond the satisfaction of getting into my "skinny" jeans again, I enjoy the benefits of increased confidence, energy and overall health! The rewards are incredible for only a few 45 minute classes a week! Thanks John!!

At 41, I was really out of shape, had a high bodyfat percentage, high cholesterol, was eating poorly and found gyms boring. Your bootcamp is the best thing I have done for myself! You taught me how to eat healthier meals every three hours and showed me which carbs and proteins are good for me. Your sample meals and snacks helped out a lot. Its a healthier eating plan I can now follow for the rest of my life.

In class, the harder I worked the higher my results were. I found myself looking forward to each class. They are challenging, yet fun. You always mix up the sessions so nobody gets bored. You are 100% professional, very motivational and always there to support every person in class.

7 month result: I have lost 18.6 lbs, 30.5 inches, have definition in my abs, lowered my cholesterol and feel great. Thanks John for being such a motivational instructor.

So I was told about Survival Fitness Bootcamp over a year ago, but being in my 40's I figured it would never work for me, boy was I wrong. Both my husband & I started back in November. I have done things I never thought were possible for me. It really works. I have gone from a size 16 down to a 12 and I love every minute of this class. John is alot of fun as well all the people in the class. Its alot of hard work, but fun at the same time. I would highly recommend this Bootcamp to anyone. I've done every workout out there! I even used to be an aerobics instructor. This class is different. It works different muscle groups every time! You can't predict the workout, you can't predict if it will be more cardio or more strength. The workouts are great! Confusing muscle groups is what makes it great. He even finds ways to turn workouts into games so sometimes it doesn't even feel like a workout, just laughing and playing a game with friends!

John as a person is amazing! I've had a lot of workout leaders and it takes a very special type. It's hard to find the balance between motivation, encouragement, and understanding. John encourages me when I feel down, and also tells me to be careful when he knows I have an injury. He genuinely cares about my health and well-being.

It's hard to find a male instructor who is encouraging and positive about my body but also not creepy in any way. That's my John!

Survival Fitness Bootcamp has been one of the most rewarding fitness classes I have ever done. Not only have I lost 14 inches in a few short months, but I’ve made great new friends that are encouraging and have the same goals as me. My energy has skyrocketed and my confidence has increased as well. I would (and do!) recommend your program to everyone, no matter their size, age or weight loss needs.

Survival Fitness Bootcamp is an effective and fun way to lose weight, without your encouragement and the great atmosphere of the program I know I wouldn’t be doing this great.

You are amazing! I'm sure you've heard that before. Here I am 55 years old and finally found something that works for me. I guess I'm a late bloomer so to speak. You give me the motivation to keep going. Best of all I have fun doing it. I didn't think I had a chance at achieving what I have achieved so far. I thought I was to old for your Boot Camp once I took a look at all the girls that were there that day. Then I realized I was there for me and what I could achieve. Your boot camp has been the best thing I've done for myself in years! I can’t believe I’ve lost 6 inches in only 4 weeks. I never would have gotten here if you weren’t there pushing me to my limit! I really like the fact that you make it fun yet challenging. I also enjoy meeting women that are in similar situations; its become a great support group. At 37 years old I figured it was about time to get back into physical shape. Being a single mom of an ambitious 5 year old and working full time I honestly didn’t know how much time I could devote to “working out”. I have never been to a fitness center nor been involved in any kind of an exercise class, so I honestly didn’t know what to expect or where to begin.

Survival Fitness Boot Camp is truly amazing! The program is 3 days per week, an hour per session. It involves stretching, strengthening, and a cardiovascular workout that will definitely produce results for anyone. In addition, you have unlimited online access to log your daily meals, nutrition tips, and a full menu with recipes for any level of calorie intake.

Your results are totally up to you. The harder you work the happier you will be. Lets be honest, there are days that I wondered if I had that extra hour, but after being at camp and working out it was well worth it.

John Caylor is 100% professional, motivational, and supportive individual. Without his help I would not have been able to lose 9” in the first month! I am currently on month #2.

I would definitely encourage anyone to sign up for his camp. Besides, how many women like to step on a scale? Don’t worry, no scale! He calculates your BMI and measures you. What’s not to like???

This is a fun and results driven class. You get out of it what you put into it. I'm on my third month and LOVE IT... My biggest loss has been body fat! My clothes fit better, I feel wonderful, have gained strength and I've lost inches and weight (which hasn't been my biggest focus).

This class is FUN and a real workout. Each day is different!! The class is HARD but worth every drop of sweat. The women inspire you to work hard...not because they are competitive but because they work HARD and you honor them and yourself by giving your all.

I HIGHLY recommend this class and John as the instructor. You can't find a better instructor...DARE YOU to give this a try and change your life.
